Conversation Cards

For families and couples who crave connection but hate “conversation cards.”

💌 What You’ll Get

You’ll get instant access to 3 themed decks (in PDF format you can use straight from your phone):

1. Neurodivergent Partner Questions
25 cheeky, tender, sometimes-too-real questions to help you connect, reflect, and maybe flirt via WhatsApp like the emotionally unavailable legends you are.

2. Rule-Breaking Prompts for the Whole Family
Conversation-ish starters that don’t feel like questions made for PDA kids, demand-avoidant brains, and random road trip moments when everyone’s… not quite melting down.

3. Sensory Truth or Dare
25 nervous-system-friendly dares and reflections (🪶 for settling, 🌀 for stirring). Weird enough to be fun. Gentle enough for burnout days.

How It Works

You don’t have to print anything. But you can, if you want to. You don’t have to use all of them. ou don’t even have to like questions.

Just open the PDF when the moment feels right. Or screenshot your favourites. Or let them sit in your inbox for six months until the mood hits.

No pressure. Just possibilities.

For Who

  • Neurodivergent couples who connect better through memes than eye contact
  • Families who love each other and need a break from each other
  • Parents of PDAers who want tools that don’t trigger more resistance

Anyone who wants to connect without trying too hard

Who we are

We’re Ola & Luke – two Polish-born, UK-living, neurodivergent parents raising a brilliant AuDHD and PDA kid (and a sausage dog who hates walks).

We made these cards because we were tired of parenting tools that felt like homework and relationship advice that forgot real life existed. Most days we’re just trying to communicate better, melt down less, and build a family culture that feels like ours.

This little corner of the internet is our way of telling the truth out loud and inviting others to do the same (without needing matching Christmas PJs or a gentle parenting certificate).
